This villa is a hidden gem! The outdoor space was perfect for family gatherings, and the pool was a great escape from the summer heat, We took advantage of the local cycling routes, which were scenic and enjoyable, Would love to come back!

For us the 2nd time we visited this house. Again a very friendly welcome. Nicely kept garden, clean house, lovely swimming pool. From the owner I received good tips for beautiful cycling routes.

Super welcome, the wine and the grape juice for the children were already cold. Very luxurious accommodation and beautiful surroundings.

The area is very quiet. The village is just too far for groceries on foot (2 km). A hiking trail starts directly from the house to the hills beyond. The garden is bordered by hedges but not fenced. The kitchen is well equipped. The bbq worked great. There are plenty of restaurants in the village and there is a large market on Saturdays. In short, worth repeating!

We were very kindly received by the homeowner. White wine, rosé and water were already cold in the fridge! Enthusiastically he showed us the villa (because that's it!) And explained some things. The villa is fantastic very spacious and lots of light, a lovely terrace with amazing views. And the private pool, which makes it complete. The surrounding area is beautiful you can make beautiful car trips, hiking, mountain biking, and canoeing through the gorges.

The very friendly owner was waiting for us on arrival. The house is all the way to the pictures. Nice, clean, well-kept rooms, a terrace with a beautiful view to dream away. You can take a car trip and discover the Ardèche in its full splendor, but also stay in the house And relaxing by the pool. This house is definitely a must.

Landlord was waiting for us. Accommodation was clean and cared for. The setting is beautiful and from the house beautiful view over the valley.

We had a fantastic week here! Each bedroom was spacious and well-furnished, The kitchen was a dream for cooking our meals, and we loved dining al fresco under the stars, The nearby Paintball du Mas de lAyre was a fun outing for the kids

This place was perfect for our group getaway! Spacious and well-equipped, it had everything we needed, The separate bedroom with its own terrace was a nice touch, We enjoyed barbecuing in the garden while soaking up the sun, Highly recommend visiting the Gorges du Chassezac

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Lazing around the house. Hiking in the area. The house is on walking routes and you can find many ways. Road Trips around the area. By canoe up the river. Small villages in the area. Or just relax in the garden by the pool. It's all here. On Sun 'n can get five minutes from the village where you can find fresh bread every morning. Or where you "night you go out for dinner. The house is spacious. But you make the most use of the terrace with breathtaking views.

Canoeing, hiking, climbing, doing nothing, shopping in local markets, golf, ... The Ardeche could all offer us. Pracht holiday.

It is so 2km outside Le Vans (mountain). The view is beautiful and there is a lovely pool which is well maintained.

Very spacious and neat house. Very quiet location with a beautiful view from the terrace. We have with our two children and their families had a great week. Lots and sojourned in the pool. To watch out for small children who can not swim since it's pretty deep. You have lots of privacy. Les Vans short drive away is cozy and has a lot to offer.

Beautiful, spacious and well-kept house with a great views.If still something to be desired left that would have air conditioning and some better mattresses for this price.The pool is also very well cared for, clean, spacious and deep, overall a benefit with the hot weer.Het streekje is quiet and cozy. Nice base for excursions to the famous sites, but also go further westward to Villefort! Outhouse path over the hill to village!

A great house! All rooms are spacious and well appointed. Location in the Ardeche is ideal for exploring the area. Overall a must! For the children, the pool is the perfect way to cool off ... (and the parents)

There is an excellent welcome by an English speaking owner. It is an all mod cons villa with stunning views (9+). A sense of calm prevails locally. The distance to the charming village of Les Vans is by car 10 minutes. An ideal holiday destination to arrive at complete rest.
