Beautiful detached holiday home in the Ardèche, with lovely views of the surrounding area. It is surrounded by a large garden divided into several terraces, with a partially covered terrace in front of the house, complete with garden furniture and a few sun loungers.
It is situated on a hill, and below is the owner's small, quiet family campsite (only 150/200 pitches), where you can use all the campsite facilities free of charge, from the lovely fenced swimming pool with children's pool, the bar, a lovely children's play area, table tennis, table football and petanque area, before returning to the peace and quiet of your villa.
This holiday home is just 2 km from the centre of the small town of Les Vans. This is a lively place with pleasant terraces, shops, a market, a supermarket, restaurants and a cinema.
In Chambonas (5 km) you can hire bicycles and near the village of Les Assions (5 km) you can hire a canoe (from 7 years) for an adventure on the river. For the most beautiful walks in a magnificent natural setting, you can go to the Bois de Paiolive (6 km) to contemplate the bizarrely shaped limestone rocks formed by the effects of sun, wind and rain.

Low-key hield van de ruimte! Super ruim en gezellig, De tuin is een hele mood om te relaxen, Ook zijn de campingfaciliteter een leuke bonus, Kan niet wachten om terug te komen!
Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor ontspanning, Het speelgebied voor kinderen en de campingfaciliteiten voegden leuke activiteiten toe
Het pand had een charmante rustieke uitstraling, met een grote tuin die perfect was voor onze kinderen om in te spelen, Het zwembad was een leuke toevoeging, hoewel we de voorkeur gaven aan het verkennen van de nabijgelegen bezienswaardigheden, zoals Paintball du Mas de lAyre, Over het algemeen was het een aangename ervaring, hoewel iets meer aandacht voor onderhoud het nog beter zou maken
Ruime en goed uitgeruste keuken maakte het bereiden van maaltijden gemakkelijk, De nabijheid van Les Vans was een pluspunt voor uit eten gaan
Dit vakantiehuis is een parel! Het was ruim genoeg voor onze groep van zes, en we waardeerden de goed uitgeruste keuken, De woonkamer was gezellig, en de buitenruimte was perfect om te ontspannen, We hebben ook genoten van het verkennen van Bois de Paiolive, dat slechts een korte rit verwijderd is, Een eenvoudige maar aangename verblijf al met al
Our stay at the holiday home was truly delightful! The views from the terrace were stunning, and we loved spending our evenings outside, The kids had a blast at the nearby family campsite, especially with the swimming pool and play area just a short walk away, The location is perfect—close enough to Les Vans for shopping and dining, yet peaceful and serene, Highly recommend it for families!
