The main villa is spread across multiple levels and thoughtfully arranged for group living. On the ground floor, guests enjoy a spacious rustic living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a flexible dining area. This level also features three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom: one bedroom with a double bed, one with a double and single bed, and one with two single beds that convert into a double. The attic includes two bedrooms furnished with three single beds plus a games area with billiards, table football, chess, and children’s games; they share a bathroom and separate toilet.
The basement is dedicated to leisure and wellness, featuring a fireplace, gym, sauna, massage table, and a full laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Separate from the main house is a self-contained apartment offering two single beds, a small living area with two additional beds, dining space, kitchen, and private bathroom.
