This unique water mill has been carefully renovated to include wellness and a delightful location. It boasts breathtaking views of the spacious garden, along the small stream l'Eau d'Heure, and it is very suitable for a family reunion.
Baillonville Water Mill is just a 10-minute drive from medieval Durbuy, in an area great for hiking. The stream 'l'Eau d'Heure' flows into the Ourthe a few kilometres away.
With a very spacious kitchen with dining table, a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and rain showers, this holiday house combines the authenticity of a water mill with modern comfort. There is a recreation room with billiards and table football and you can relax at night in front of the flat-screen TV. All bedrooms are en suite, except for the 2 children's bedrooms.
Drinks, food and ball games are not allowed in the pool area and quietness should be respected at all times.

The house is modern and tastefully decorated. The swimming pool was very popular with the children and also clear because we had a view of it from the kitchen. Negative points were the sauna, which could not be turned on, even though a technician came by. Instructions were missing and even after emailing reception several times, they were unable to email the correct instructions. Furthermore, the deposit, a considerable amount, will only be refunded 2 weeks after departure. And the Belvilla website states that 1 pet is allowed. This turned out not to be the case when checking in online. As a result, part of the family did not come along because a sitter for the dog could not be arranged at the last minute.
We traveled with our kids and the two-floor apartment was perfect! The kids loved having their own space, and the area was quiet yet close to attractions like the Bonnefanten Museum,

Un endroit charmant avec beaucoup d'espace, La piscine intérieure a été un point fort pour nous, Nous avons également apprécié la proximité de Durbuy pour dîner et des activités, Je recommanderais !
Wir hatten ein fantastisches Familientreffen hier! Die Kinder liebten den Billardtisch und das Hallenbad, Es liegt an einem tollen Ort, um die Ardennen zu erkunden, und wir genossen das Wandern in der Nähe, Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich,
A nice little getaway, The house was functional and had all the basics covered, It could use some updates, but overall, it was a solid choice for our group, We enjoyed our time here,
