This pet-friendly holiday home in Rojnici comes with 7 bedrooms and offers a pleasant stay for a group of 14 people or families with children . The private swimming pool and roofed terrace is perfect to enjoy in a 3700 square meters of private land.
There are two houses with separate entrances, both are on two floors. In one house there is living room, dining room and kitchen with five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two additional sleeping possibilities in the attic on two separate beds. While in the other, there is also a living room together with kitchen and dining room, but it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
A vacation here is one of pure bliss with the serene natural location. At 12 km lies the beach where surfing, sunbathing, or other beach activities are possible. You can relax here without any worries about your daily needs as the supermarket and restaurants are at 3 km.
There is a fireplace in the living room to lounge during the evenings. All the bedrooms have double beds and satellite TV to keep you connected to your favourite shows. Kids can retire on the children's bed and even spend time with the play equipment in the garden. barbecue is delectable and enjoy it with the family on the roofed terrace.
There is a public transport at 7 km and train station at 30 km.

Geweldig klein appartement! Het omheinde terrein gaf onze jonge kinderen een veilig gevoel. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam tijdens ons verblijf.

Perfect voor een gezinsvakantie! Er was voldoende ruimte voor iedereen, en de kinderen hadden veel plezier met spelen in de tuin, De nabijgelegen voorzieningen waren handig, en we hebben vooral genoten van onze bezoeken aan de lokale restaurants
Dit was een fantastische vakantiebestemming! Het huis is uitgerust met alle basisbenodigdheden, en we hielden van de buitenruimte, Het ligt dicht genoeg bij het strand voor een dagtrip, maar ver genoeg om te genieten van een rustige retraite
We had a wonderful time at the Heritage Holiday Home! The location is super chill, surrounded by nature, I loved that there was so much space for our group of 14, The pool was definitely the highlight, especially after a long day at the beach which is just a short drive away, The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed grilling on the terrace, It felt like a home away from home, Only downside was the WiFi could be a bit spotty at times, but that didn't ruin our fun, Overall, can't wait to come back!
