The cozy, bright living room is equipped with air conditioning, a large smart TV, and a spacious dining table for long evenings together. The open kitchen also features air conditioning and is equipped with nice extras such as an American-style refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, and all cooking utensils, as well as a practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a veranda.

On the ground floor, you will also find the first bathroom with a shower and toilet, plus a separate guest toilet in the hallway.
On the upper floor, there are four large bedrooms and another separate toilet.

The spacious Master Bedroom is an oasis of tranquility with a waterbed, air conditioning, a smart TV, and a luxurious, wellness-inspired bathroom. This features, among other things, a built-in bathtub with a waterfall and lighting, an open shower area with wall lighting, a ceiling rain shower, and a waterfall. The second bedroom is also thoughtfully furnished with the comfort of its own trendy walk-in shower and washbasin.

Outdoor living is a dream come true. The large garden offers plenty of space and privacy to relax. Take a refreshing dip in the heated 8 x 4 meter private pool, which is open from April to early November. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers or enjoy the atmospheric terrace, complete with a dining table and BBQ, or the separate lounge terrace with a fire pit. Your loyal four-legged friends are also more than welcome here. The entire estate is enclosed by a secure gate, allowing you to park multiple cars with peace of mind in the spacious private parking spaces on the property. From this beautiful setting in Zutendaal, you can walk or cycle straight into the Hoge Kempen National Park.

In the mood for culture, shopping, or gastronomy? Genk, Hasselt, or Maastricht are just a short distance away. The famous Lieteberg Barefoot Path, Pietersheim Estate, and Thor Park are also nearby for a fun day out. In short, the perfect place to enjoy time together in comfort!
The swimming pool is open from March through October, weather permitting. One large and one small towel are provided per person.
