Description
This modern, detached waterfront villa has its own jetty on the water. Ideal for a refreshing dip at the start of the day, but you can also use it as a starting point if you go supping. Prefer to take it easy? You can do so in the lovely garden with a spacious terrace, comfortable deck chairs, a lounge set and a large garden table. You can stay there comfortably with family and friends.
Enjoy cycling and walking through the neighbouring Harderbos or the Veluwe (15 minutes' drive), hit a ball on the nearby golf course or spend a day doing water sports on the Veluwemeer lake. You will find beautiful beaches, a surf and sailing school and boat rental. A 5-minute drive away is Harderwijk, with plenty of nice sights and a cosy boulevard with good restaurants by the lake. The centres of Amersfoort and Zwolle, with nice shops and interesting museums, are 35 minutes away from the villa.
No matter what you decide to do, after an exciting day you can relax on the landing stage or by the cosy wood-burning stove. This barrier-free entrance home has a bright living room with a large dining table and views over the garden and water. The kitchen with Quooker and cooking island allows you to show off your cooking skills. Two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and all bedrooms have a private bathroom. As icing on the cake, the villa has an electric charging station, accessible parking space, fire extinguisher, 2 SUPs, a barbecue, a shuffleboard and several card and board games.

Had a fantastic time. What a wonderfully beautiful, spacious and cozy house! 4 beautiful bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! Everything new and beautiful. The cozy interior made us feel really at home. Especially with the fireplace and all the card and board games in the cupboard. We had a nice walk in a beautiful and wooded area. We will definitely come back to sail on the Veluwemeer!
What a top house. Had a wonderful stay with some friends and started the new year. Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I recommend it to everyone :)
The villa itself is very beautiful. Environment very nice. The villa is really equipped with many amenities as shown in the photos. However as of now it says "some nuisance from construction work" please note that you will be woken up at 6:30 am by construction traffic and it can take until 7:00 pm with paving being tamped and so on. This was more of a nuisance than expected.
We had a fantastic stay with 8 people. A beautiful spacious bedroom with bathroom for everyone. All entertainment is available: sups, games, ball, barbecue, gourmet, pizzarette, TV. 4 parking spaces around the house. Everything neat and tidy. The only tip would be to provide basic facilities: towels in the toilet, salt and pepper, cooking oil, garbage bags.
Spacious house where we had enough space to do things together or separately in the living room/kitchen. Nice that the kitchenware was more than sufficient and not strictly for only 8 people. Luxurious appearance and beautiful patio doors through which the light falls wonderfully into the house. Beautiful place to be with the family.
