Villa Nikolas is a newly built villa with private pool, situated on a hill overlooking the bay of the beautiful fishing village of Bali, looking south towards the mountains, on the north coast of Crete.
The big town of Rethymno is 25 km away. Villa Nikolas is located at the foot of Mount Kouloukonas, ideal for hiking and bird watching. In spring there is an abundance of wild flowers. The valley slopes gently down to the pleasant fishing village of Bali, where there are shops and taverns. From the villa, Bali is just a few minutes drive through the olive groves. In Bali there are many water sports such as water skiing, canoeing and diving. And all this in a quiet holiday atmosphere. At 400 meters there is a five star hotel with restaurants, bars and wellness offers.
The villa is situated on a plot of 400 m2 and is part of a small complex of 4 houses next to each other. It offers spectacular views of the mountains and the Bay of Bali from the balconies and sleeps 6 people. Distances 3 km from the sea, 25 km from Rethymno, 45 km from Heraklion airport.

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are fine. Terrace is right on the pool and looks neat. The parasol is somewhat small so that not everyone can sit completely in the shade. However, the distance to the sea is quite long; downhill it is about a 15 to 20 minute walk on a mostly unmade cobblestone road. Car is recommended, but for a group of youth it is not necessary!

immediately had a tour on arrival and a delicious bottle of wine the area was nice and quiet though 1 advice make sure you have a car because you have to do everything by car
Good reception from the homeowner (Sofia). A welcome package (bread, butter, wine, water, fruit ...) was available for the first day. Also the days after very quick response from Sofia with questions. Villa is very new and the bedrooms are very spacious. Location of the villa is beautiful against a mountain with a view of the sea. Mountain goats came to 10 meters from the villa. Pool was very clean and every 3 days the linen was replaced (sheets, towels ...). Fortunately, the route to the villa was well signed from the Bali exit. Location of the villa coordinates are 35 23 "29.60" "24 47" 10.87 "". (Data that Bellvilla gave is not correct)
