This splendid villa, just 10 km from Palermo, is located in Portella di Mare, a hamlet of Misilmeri. It has a large garden, a swimming pool and views of the sea. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday in the company of friends and family.
The property is 5 km from the Lido Crucicchia beach, 12 km from the splendid Altavilla beach and 15 km from the famous Mondello beach. The villa is in a strategic point from which you can take beautiful walks immersed in nature (e.g. to Pizzo Cannita, a Phoenician archaeological site), but also excursions to Cefalù, Palermo, Monreale, where you can admire Arabic-Norman and Byzantine architecture and Art highlights can be discovered.
The villa offers an outdoor area equipped with sun loungers, parasols, armchairs, lounges, games for children and two showers. In addition, you will find large tables, chairs and benches, as well as a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen. The large indoor living room has a fireplace, numerous sofas and a TV, while the large kitchen has all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, household utensils and all kinds of crockery. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, an ironing board , a vacuum cleaner, a set of hand and bath towels.
If guests need a car for short trips (e.g. to go shopping), the owners will be happy to provide one for a small fee.

Beautiful villa! Owners are very welcoming and it is exactly as beautiful as in the pictures
Superb house with beautiful view. Place for 16 people. People of the house were also very friendly and helpful.
