Holiday villa Ribeira do Banho is located in a beautiful and very private area with private gardens and a private pool. Entering through the front door and hall you enter the spacious, stylishly designed living-dining room with several sitting areas and a fireplace. The adjoining kitchen is fitted with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms with two comfortable single beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom, two of them with shower, two of them with shower/ bath. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms with two comfortable single beds and private bathroom, one with bath, two with shower. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a covered terrace. On the first floor you will also find a small kitchenette. The Villa offers wireless internet, 2 satellite TVs, video, DVD player, radio, CD player, underfloor heating (optional) and cot’s (on request). A pantry with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities is situated next to the terraces. Outside: Villa Ribeira do Banho is situated on a large private country estate covered with olive- and pine trees, cork oaks and citrus trees. The villa has its own driveway and is surrounded by wonderful gardens filled with native plants. The main terrace has a thatched sunroof and is furnished with two large dining tables and a barbecue. The unique private swimming pool (5x10 m) is filled with water from its own source. The pool is surrounded by ponds with fish, frogs and water plants.

We had rented the villa for an extended family holiday (8 adults and 3 children, youngest 9 months old, eldest 79 years old) and for this purpose the villa proved more than ideal. All rooms (unfortunately single beds that kept "moving apart") with their own bathroom and toilet, so there was never a "traffic jam" in this regard. The villa was built with a great deal of feeling and love for the landscape and never seems out of place. The outdoor facilities are beautiful, especially the pool located between two biotopes. The only fact criticized by some of us is the lack of insect screens and no air conditioning (neither of which bothered me personally). The contact with the owners was absolutely helpful after the initial "bumbling", but hardly with Belvilla. I can only recommend the property unreservedly.
We left as a family (13 people), the house was in line with our expectations and the photos exhibited, located in an exceptional environment, idyllic setting a few minutes by car from Portimão, in the greatest of calm, no vis-à-vis , just nature and the hectares of land surrounding it. Optimal house for a large family each room has a bathroom, all similar. In the common areas all the necessary equipment is present, and even more (board games, guide to the region, advice, local products). The Wi-Fi works very well for all the occupants. Regarding the exteriors, the swimming pool surrounded by two natural pools is impeccable and the enormous outdoor table is suitable for all the occupants. clothes. High quality services and owner not at all intrusive and respectful, it was a pleasure and we would return without any hesitation.
Unfortunately arrival with the door closed. The accommodation and surroundings are very good.
The House answered fully to our expectations. Not to say that she transcended because it is still always a bit afwachten.Goed welcome with clear agreements and a very helpful concierge.
We felt disturbed in our privacy us a little bit, because the owner but more often than average came by (he always had a reason, has for example peaches brought us so on ...), but you want but on holiday enjoy a bit of privacy)! but the whole, it is a very very nice house, which was built entirely alone in the middle of a valley surrounded by mountains and wonderful beplazt with the most beautiful plants.
We were here with six couples and everything was fine. Thanks Abel, the house manager, all the little problems were solved immediately. A vacation we will not soon forget.
