Description
This recently renovated apartment is located near the historic building La Torre and consists of two floors. On the first floor there are the bedrooms and on the ground floor a large living room with kitchenette. From your private garden you have a sea view.
The fantastic private sandy beach with the blue sea borders directly with the communal wooded garden of the complex. The small complex consists of several apartments but offers enough space and privacy for all guests.
There is no entertainment but there are many things to do for young and old including bowling and table tennis. There are also hammocks overlooking the beach for your moments of relaxation.
In the surrounding area, there are many possibilities for excursions and the owner will update you on all cultural, sports and gastronomic trips.

Super leuke plek om te chillen, hield van de hangmatten! Het was schoon en de keuken had alles wat we nodig hadden, maar de WiFi was soms een beetje traag, Over het algemeen hadden we een best goede tijd

Wat een heerlijk uitje! De Villa Romance was alles wat we hoopten, Het uitzicht op zee vanuit onze privé tuin was prachtig, en we genoten van onze avonden in de hangmatten, Het appartement was goed uitgerust en zeer comfortabel voor onze familie
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Belvilla! De strandservice was handig en de parasols maakten onze dagen zoveel comfortabeler, De woonkamer was perfect voor avondspellen met het gezin, We komen zeker terug!
Een zeer aangenaam verblijf in het algemeen, De accommodatie was schoon en de indeling was perfect voor ons gezin van vier, Het strand was letterlijk een steenworp afstand en we genoten van vele zonovergoten dagen daar, Het gebied rond Santa Caterina is prachtig!
We had a delightful stay! The apartment was comfortable and had a nice kitchen for preparing meals, The tennis court was an added bonus that we took advantage of every day, Highly recommend for families looking for a quiet escape!
