Description
This elegant 6-bedroom villa rests in Durbuy, in the Ardennes, and offers magnificent views of the surroundings. On hotter days, it's great to swim a few laps in the private swimming pool, followed by some relaxing in the sauna or bubble bath. It is great for having a family get-together with 14 persons.
Durbuy is the smallest town in the world. Stroll down the charming little streets, get a flavor of the past, and enjoy a Belgian beer at a cafe. From the villa, you can go straight to the woods for a nice walk or cycling tour. For a stroll in evening, you can head to the town center at 300 m. You will find restaurants and supermarkets at 400 m.
The fireplace in the living room spreads cozy warmth. In leisure hours, you can play air hockey or billiards. Enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace or in the large garden, and later organize a nice barbecue for the evenings. You can make use of the projection screen to watch a movie together. Parking is available.
The train station is at 6 km.

Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and dining area just a bit too tight for +10 people. Dirt on the bottom of the pool, the whole house is not clean, dust webs on ceilings, in corners, etc. It is a pity that there is no roof on the spacious terrace (only 1 not even large parasol. Quiet location, many parking spaces.
Beautiful holiday home! Rooms were spacious, all amenities were present. We found the door to the pool very dangerous for small children, because of the stairs immediately behind the door. Er was written close to the shop but it was nowhere to be found! Location was not ideal for us. Also had a lot of noise nuisance by the scouts group right in front of our house ... There was their camping place. We had a nice stay with our family!

Spacious bedroom. All amenities in the kitchen. Narrow dining room. Outdated and dusty salon furniture. Swimming pool too cold and dangerous stairs to it. For the rest ok and certainly the very friendly welcome. The whole could use a makeover considering the price/quality ratio.

A very nice house with many facilities. A super friendly welcome and also a super friendly goodbye moment. We could indicate how warm the water of the pool and jacuzzi could be. Very well arranged. Seating furniture, cooking, crockery, games widely available. Everything well explained. Super nice area, you can walk or cycle away. Some of us did not like the beds, mattress too hard and the casing is hard and creaky. Furniture in recreation room attic is old and broken, but we were not bothered by that. We would have appreciated some tourist information in the cottage itself. The guests sleeping upstairs reported dust and cobwebs. I have not seen it. We have broken 2 pieces of crockery, it was not difficult to do. Washbasin in bathroom looks nice, but water does not drain well and the tap is too close to the washbasin. We had a super nice time.
