A few steps away from the Umbrian borders and the beautiful Etruscan city, villa Severina is immersed in the rolling hills and gentle vineyards of Tuscany where the well-known Sirah Cortona DOC is produced.
The private garden is where the pool lies, equipped with the latest automation system and private bathroom with shower. 3 out of 4 upstairs bedrooms open on a terrace to descend directly to the yard; the fifth bedroom is located on the ground floor and is linked to the outer areas too. The ground floor consists of the welcoming living room with sofas, fireplace and TV to spend convivial moments reunited. On the same floor, guests can find bubble bath and a steam bath.
You can reach the best wineries in the area after a walk or bike ride. Within a short distance, it is possible to reach by car some of the cellars of the famous Strada dei Vini to stop for interesting wine tastings, the closer Trasimeno Lake, all the major highlights in Tuscany and Umbria.

De perfecte plek voor een ontspannen vakantie! De tuin was prachtig aangelegd en we hielden van het stoombad na een lange dag, De locatie is ideaal voor wijnliefhebbers, met zoveel wijnhuizen binnen handbereik, We kunnen niet wachten om terug te keren!
Villa Severina is a hidden gem! The spacious rooms and beautiful garden made our stay truly enjoyable, We loved spending time by the pool and exploring the nearby vineyards, Highly recommend visiting Avignonesi for wine tasting!

Obsessed with the outdoor space! Chill pool and nice views, Everything feels fresh and clean, Perfect for a squad trip or fam vacay, A quick drive to cute cafes and historical spots, Definitely a place to come back to!
Great spot for a family trip, The house is massive and comfy with plenty of bathrooms, It was clean and had all the essentials, The WiFi was a bit slow at times but we managed, Close to wineries and the lake which was awesome for day trips, Would stay again in a heartbeat!
