A fenced garden is in place for you to enjoy some outdoor time. Enjoy sunsets from either balcony or walk out the rear garden gate and step down to the sea for an evening swim. An outdoor fireplace with BBQ and comfortable seating provides a great relaxing end to a sun-filled day in the Adriatic. A cot is offered for your little ones. Parking is available for 3 cars on the premises. You can enjoy the evenings from the balcony.

Perfect! Very friendly host, beautiful house!
Calm, very good for relaxing. Close to Zadar, excellent location. Accomodation is first class. Excellent hospitality of landlord, all demands from our side were very quickly fulfilled. Advantage to have them as neighbours, however nő disturbance at all were showed up.
The arrival was fine! The house was very beautiful in a word, everything is there what you could wish for. A swimming pool had been nice and a more luxurious coffee maker because now this was a filter device. And front garden was a bit wild, this could be trimmed somewhat. But really nothing to complain about, it's beautiful there. The sea is right in front of your door, water shoes are recommended and diving goggles. We ate a pinaje in the neighborhood that we really recommend. The supermarket that is nearby is really a very small supermarket! We wanted to get some but had to step over everything and they have almost nothing. We have not bought anything there, a disadvantage is that you have to drive almost half an hour for a large supermarket, actually it is only fifteen minutes but there is always traffic. Do you want to do something then it is a lot of driving, if you go for your rest it is great there. We have been to the falls, very worthwhile and we have been gone by boat from Zadar. We sailed on the boat for 7 hours to have a stop of 2.5 hours, which is really not recommended! I would recommend taking a boat trip for half a day.
