The villa is located in a secure residence with a shared swimming pool (open June 1st to September 30th), playground, bowling alley, and fruit garden. Private parking is available. Pets are not allowed, and youth groups are categorically refused.
Located just 400m from Farinette beach and the Vias Plage shopping avenue, this villa offers easy access to local amenities and attractions. Vias itself is a charming Occitan village and dynamic seaside resort with 5km of sandy beaches, traditional markets, and natural spaces. Nearby activities include visiting art galleries, strolling along the Canal du Midi, enjoying the seafront, visiting Europark, cycling, and partaking in various water sports like diving, sailing, jet skiing, paddleboarding, kitesurfing, and sea kayaking. The villa is also close to numerous restaurants, bars, and shops.
This 51m² villa boasts a large, shaded 17m² wooden terrace and a private garden that opens directly onto the residence's central area. The villa is fully equipped, including a kitchen and a bathroom. Guests are asked to bring their own bed and bath linens, but linen kits can be rented for an additional fee. While cleaning is not included in the rental price, cleaning supplies are provided, and a cleaning service can be arranged for an additional fee. A deposit is required upon arrival.
