Ideally located in the "Jardin du Levant" residence, this spacious 88 m² villa is fully equipped to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it combines space, conviviality, and tranquility.
On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, ideal for peaceful nights. Upstairs, the villa has two more bedrooms: one with a 140cm double bed, and the other designed to accommodate children or friends, with two single bunk beds and a 140cm double bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.
The living space is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen and amenities designed for your comfort.
Outside, you will enjoy a large private garden, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. A gas barbecue is available for al fresco dining.
For added convenience, the villa has a parking space in front of the house as well as a garage, ideal for using the bicycles provided or storing your beach gear and any other equipment you might need for your stay.
The accommodation includes one parking space in front of the house.

The town of Vias will charm you with a multitude of activities such as: a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a stroll along the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of wandering through the seafront streets of Vias, enjoying a day at Europark, or renting bicycles and the joy of cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coast.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is very easy via the cycle paths (2.5 km) or directly from the on-site parking lots. Numerous water sports are available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddleboarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking, and more. The accommodation is located near a multitude of restaurants, bars, and other shops.
The house is situated in an open-plan residential complex. The complex is quiet and family-friendly.
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometer from the historic center of Vias. For those arriving from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d'Agde Airport allows you to reach Vias by plane. This airport is located 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By bus: The Hérault Transport company connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rent from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of €300 will be required upon arrival.
Guests must bring their own bed linen and towels. Bed linen and towel kits can be reserved for €10 per person.
Outside of July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you wish, we can do it for you for a flat fee of €120 (VAT included).
Cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
Payment for cleaning is due on arrival if not included in the booking.
Groups of young people are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
