Spiaggia della Baia delle Mimose is a sandy beach only a 10-minute drive from the property. L'Alta Bhanda bar is a lovely little bar with amazing sunsets only 4 km away.
The large kitchen is fully-equipped for self-catering. Enjoy a wholesome meal in the living/dining room, while a solarium, veranda and fireplace will keep you cosy.
During the summer months, the courtesy is requested to use the air conditioners only when you are at home and not to leave them on when you are not at home. You can park and enter from Vicolo Umberto Nobile 12 - La Ciaccia, Valledoria (Sassari). For the garbage rules, refer the recycle calendar present on the fridge.

Very nice house with front terrace, courtyard and roof terrace. Quietly located and within walking distance to the beach. Some restaurants and a supermarket are also in town. Beautiful interior. Ideal for a couple.
The location and support from the manager was wonderful. Unfortunately, the house is a bit low and therefore not so sunny. Amenities: average catastrophe: old mattresses very hard, very poor and sparse cookware and missing equipment for simple cooking, no seat cushions for outdoor areas, several light fixtures without function. With a small investment, the holiday accommodation could be significantly improved. Apparently this is not wanted. So if you don't value quality, e.g. don't look for a movable shower (no shower hose) and love cold floors, if you don't care about a sofa because there isn't one and want to watch TV on a bare stone floor, you might like it. We were very disappointed. Not recommended!La posizione e il supporto del gestore sono stati meravigliosi. Casa purtroppo un po" bassa e quindi non molto soleggiata. Strutture: disastro medio: materassi vecchi e molto duri, pentole molto povere e scarse e mancanza di attrezzature per cucinare facilmente, assenza di coprisedili per gli spazi esterni, diversi apparecchi di illuminazione non funzionanti . Con un piccolo investimento, l"alloggio per le vacanze potrebbe essere molto migliorato. Ovviamente, questo non è voluto. Quindi se non vi interessa la qualità, non volete una doccia mobile (senza tubo flessibile), amate i pavimenti freddi, non vi interessa il divano perché non c"è e volete guardare la TV su un pavimento di pietra nuda, potrebbe piacervi. Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Non raccomandabile!
