It is a lovely former barn completely restored and located in a peaceful panoramic position in the green hills around Siena. Restaurants and a bakery will greet you only 2 km away from the home, while general supplies can be availed 10 km away. Plan day trips to numerous lovely cities like San Gimigano (29 km), Siena (31 km) and Volterra (33 km). Firenze would be over an hour’s drive for you.
There is a washing machine (shared) for your convenience. Baby bed and bicycles to rent on site on request. A car is a necessity, so do rent/bring one.

Beautiful, sunny location in Tuscany. Nice complex with swimming pool and separate terrace for each apartment. Not far from Siena, San Gimignano and Volterra. Some extra explanation at check-in would have been welcome. The host is present from 7 pm to 8 pm, keys were in a folder at the door. A small information brochure with practical explanations (where is the washing machine, what about the garbage cans,...) would be useful, but was not there. There was no internet reception in our apartment. When we reported this, the host said it couldn't, and so didn't try to fix it. So in the end a week without internet, 4G reception is also not optimal. That was not a big disaster for us, but keep this in mind if the internet is important.
I want to make a complaint, but the system does not allow me to do so. Well, I bought an offer described as a ground floor apartment with a (private) terrace. I received an apartment on the first floor without a terrace. The host did not have another apartment and said it was a hotel and you just get some free apartment now. Why are you selling a different product than what is described at the time of sale? I want a refund.
Had a wonderfull time at Borgo il Villino.Simple apartment with all necessaries available.
