Both the building and the apartment are fully equipped with all the necessities to enjoy a fantastic stay. The building is located in a very quiet street where vehicles hardly pass. You can enjoy walking through the essence of the city of Palma de Majorca from its historic center. Booking conditions: - A deposit of €250 will be retained during your stay. Rules: -It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, in case of not complying with the rule you will be penalized. -Please keep order and cleanliness inside the apartment. -Please respect the areas of the community: stairs and hallway, keeping them clean and going through quiet restrictions. ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, HIGH MUSIC AND THE HOLIDAYS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any person in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the reservation, remaining also with the deposit.
