You will find a fully equipped kitchen (with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, freezer and washing machine) and a recently renovated bathroom with a shower. Then you will have two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds); In the living room-dining room they have several sofas and armchairs as well as a dining table; Television and free WIFI access. This apartment is located on the 1st floor. It is located in the heart of the fashionable neighbourhood of Sa Gerreria in Palma, a neighbourhood with lots of essence with all kinds of bars, restaurants, shops and urban art. You don't have to worry about noise or anything similar, as it is located on a very quiet street you can rest from the murmur generated by the cities and at the same time have all the amenities within walking distance. Located 250 metres from Plaça de Cort and Plaça Major and only 800 metres from Plaça d'Espanya where most public transport is centralised (Sóller Train, Airport Bus, Buses to all destinations on the island). NB: A deposit of €250 will be withheld during your stay. In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
