A peaceful and cozy cabin near the sea, just 23 kilometers north of Oulu and close to the Virpiniemi golf center. The lakeshore is approximately 100 meters away, with a firm sandy bottom and gently sloping depth, ideal for swimming and enjoying beach days. This 30-square-meter log cabin, built in 1994, offers a homely cabin atmosphere. The building has been maintained and renovated over the years, with the most recent roof renovation scheduled for 2025. The ground floor features a spacious combined kitchen/living room with a fireplace that adds warmth and ambiance. On the same floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a sleeping alcove with two 80 cm wide beds. Steep stairs next to the fireplace lead to a low loft, which has two 80 cm wide mattresses for additional accommodation. In the yard, there is a separate wood-heated sauna with an adjoining fireplace room and a terrace facing the sea. Additionally, a grill shelter and a woodshed are available, making the cabin yard a functional space for leisure activities.
