Enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding mountains on the very spacious and partially covered terrace. The playing and sunbathing lawn, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and a garden shed, is also available for your use. The quiet location is very popular with nature lovers and hikers. Over 120 km of hiking trails invite you on an active holiday. In the winter, skiers will find everything their heart desires. The Feldberg's skiing area can be reached within 30-40 minutes. The location of Dachsberg-Urberg at the border triangle Germany/France/Switzerland is ideal for day excursions to Alsace, Switzerland or Lake Constance. Freiburg with its world famous cathedral is only 65km away.
Other excursion destinations include: St. Blasien with its cathedral, nature sports centre in Höchenschwand and much more.
Included in the spa tax is the "KONUS Guest Card" which grants free use of the buses and trains in the Black Forest (shown) and free (or discounted) admission to numerous tourist attractions.

The apartment is very clean and nicely located. However, there is only an old TV in the bedroom closet. But there is also no WLAN. Nowadays this is no longer possible.
Spacious apartment, wonderfully clean, nice shower, beautiful surroundings. Please note that additional costs will be charged for the use of the garage afterwards.
In itself a nice apartment. A bit clunky furnished but that appeals to us. Nice large balcony with a beautiful view. There was also a TV available. This was a tube TV and placed in the linen closet in the bedroom. It was very hot this week and the apartment was difficult to get cool. Warm nights. Which I found very annoying and I didn't make a fuss about it on the spot, because I didn't want to leave with a fuss. On arrival we were given a push button from the garage where we could park the car. Later it turned out that we had to pay for that. It would have been nice and neat if the owner had reported this in advance. Down on the night before departure.
There is an old TV in the wardrobe in the bedroom, so lie down on one side to watch TV with both of us, so no clothes hanging there.
It's a nice apartment. It is simple, but equipped with everything. The roof terrace is lovely and offers a beautiful view. It is a pleasant, small village with friendly inhabitants. For your shopping you have to take the car in the direction of St. Blasien (about 10 minutes drive). 1 small downside: when you enter the living room in the morning and the sun is on the apartment, it can get very hot inside! But we are not complaining, because were very happy with the sun all day! :)
