This luxurious detached water villa with its own jetty is very suitable for 6 adults and 2 children. The water villa is located on a new small-scale villa park with a direct connection to the Slotermeer. You can rent a boat at the villa park. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, Smart TV and a spacious dining table. The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury equipment. On the ground floor is a bedroom with a double box spring and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate sink. Ideal for families.On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet. Through the patio doors in the living room you reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water. Here you can endlessly enjoy the peace and space. Balk, located in the Frisian Lakes area, is characterized by the historic center located on the river Luts, part of the Eleven Cities Route. Along the canal you can shop extensively or enjoy a terrace. Outside Balk, the unique villages and elfstedentocht cities are worth a visit.

Ruim en goed ingericht, de Blue Sea Villas overtroffen mijn verwachtingen. De WiFi was betrouwbaar, wat essentieel was voor mijn werk. De supermarkt in de buurt maakte het boodschappen doen gemakkelijk en de lokale bevolking was erg gastvrij.
Bungalowen var anstændig, men vi stødte på et par mindre problemer med WiFi, Værterne var dog lydhøre og fik det hurtigt ordnet, Samlet set et godt ophold,
Een geweldige plek om met het gezin te verblijven. Het binnenzwembad was een hoogtepunt voor de kinderen en we vonden het geweldig dat het hotel dichtbij het strand en de lokale attracties lag. Wij komen zeker terug!
Kortom, een geweldig chalet voor onze wintervakantie! Het is ruim, comfortabel en de hot tub was een leuke bonus. De locatie maakte het gemakkelijk om de skipistes te bereiken. Ik zou het andere skiërs aanbevelen!
Alles was perfect voor onze familievakantie, de kinderen genoten van het strand en wij vonden de restaurants in de buurt geweldig, een fantastische keuze voor degenen die willen ontspannen,
Het vakantiehuis was comfortabel en had een prettige sfeer. We vonden vooral de nabijheid van de Emden Kunsthalle en andere lokale attracties prettig.
