This special water villa is located in the middle of the beautiful nature reserve called the Wijde Ee and features a private sauna overlooking the water. Please note! This house can only be reached by boat. It is possible to reserve a boat (for a fee) at one of the many rental agencies.
This unique house is located in the middle of the water of the Wijde Ee nature reserve. It may be said that this house is very quiet. From the house you have a beautiful view over the water. You will have a spacious living room with a cozy gas fireplace, a luxurious and very complete kitchen and a wonderful private sauna. Thanks to the high windows from floor to ceiling, you have a breathtaking view from almost every room. If you wish to stay with two families, this is also possible. Next to this water villa there is another water villa which has the same luxury and, like this villa, is also suitable for 6 people.
The beautiful surroundings consist of wonderful nature reserves and are rich in wonderful lakes, canals and waterways. These surroundings are ideal to discover by boat.

That's exactly how we imagined it
A great house, as can be seen in the photos. Enjoyed peace, nature and space. House is fully equipped. Disadvantage that this house is for rent through BelVilla and it is very difficult to get in touch with them and there is also not adequately responded.

Beautiful location if you like water and the Dutch polder landscape. The fact that you can only get there by drill gives it a nice accent. Sailing, swimming, fishing or just relaxing: everything is possible. The house itself is fully equipped. The daily supplies are usually in stock. The sauna is the icing on the cake for me in these windy and rainy April days. If you like luxury and wisdom, this location is ENJOY.
Fantastic location with a good and pleasant reception. The water villa is fully equipped and has a high level of finish. A special place even in bad weather.
