This luxurious holiday home with its own jetty in Balk, Frisian, is very suitable for holidays with the family. The house is located on a small-scale villa park with a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy.
Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit.
The open kitchen is part of the living room and is equipped with luxury appliances. Through the French doors in the living room you can easily reach the garden with a lovely terrace on the water.

Wij hebben genoten van onze tijd hier! De kinderen speelden buiten terwijl wij genoten van het uitzicht vanuit onze zithoek. De kitchenette maakte het bereiden van maaltijden makkelijk en het was een groot pluspunt dat we onze hond mee konden nemen. We komen zeker terug!
Een fantastische plek voor gezinnen! De kinderen hebben zich prima vermaakt in de tuin, terwijl wij genoten van de rustige omgeving. De nabijheid van diverse attracties, waaronder het thalassocentrum, was een groot pluspunt. Wij komen zeker terug!
We absolutely loved our stay! The Van Gogh chalet was a unique touch, beautifully decorated and cozy, The kids enjoyed the outdoor space, and the proximity to Speelland Beekse Bergen was a big hit for family outings,
A really pleasant experience overall, The apartment had everything we needed, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat, Just a short walk to the beach, which was a bonus,

Wij hebben hier een fantastische familievakantie gehad! Het appartement was ruim en de kinderen vonden het geweldig om op de speelplaats te spelen. Het uitzicht vanaf ons terras was prachtig, vooral bij zonsondergang.
