Description
This modern holiday home is located in Holten and features a complete wellness centre in the farmhouse. The spacious house has 4 bedrooms, a cosy interior and is very suitable for large groups. The hot tub and sauna provide the necessary relaxation.
Holten and its surroundings offer many possibilities for excursions. In Holten (5.5 km) itself, there is plenty to experience, such as many different restaurants and cycling, hiking and mountain biking routes. The centre of the Hanseatic city of Deventer (18 km) is easy to reach. For a day out, you can visit Avonturenpark Hellendoorn.
Next to the house is a veranda with patio furniture, a fireplace and lounge sofas. The beautiful wellness area is located in the basement. Here you will find a wooden sauna, a luxurious shower with side jets, a plunge pool, a foot bath, sun beds and chairs. Next to the wellness area, there is a room with a pool table, dart board and fridge. There is also a jeu de boules court.
Parking is possible in the carport. For reasons of tranquillity, this house is not rented for parties and it is not allowed to gourmet here.

The motto is peace and space, but luxury can certainly be added to that. Everything exudes luxury and top quality. The sauna, the hot tub, the kitchen, the beds, the hammocks, the tranquility the view; everything is really great in this fantastic holiday home. This is really a BELLE Villa. Enjoyed it!
A beautiful home with all the trimmings to optimally combine wellness and cosiness! The landlord was also very friendly and helpful! Nothing to complain about, this one will in any case remain on our shortlist.
Wonderful place to stay. From the hot tub you have a view over the farmlands to the forest edge. Nice covered lounge area with outdoor fireplace, cozy interior. Good kitchen, nice beds. Friendly owner.
In one word SUPER! We have been able to enjoy a midweek with 9 people (5 adults and 4 children) in this beautiful villa. A very big compliment to the owners who have really done everything to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The beds are already made on arrival and there is plenty of bath linen available. The house has a fully equipped kitchen where the herbs are not missing, and a wellness cellar with sauna, plunge pool, massage shower and foot baths. There is also a Mancave with pool billiards and dartboard. There is a spacious sitting area with a large TV. Outside, the house has a beautiful wooden veranda with lounge set, outdoor fireplace, and hot tub! The house is rural and has a beautiful view of the meadows and the edge of the forest. Also in the area there are many fun things to do a few minutes away. In short, I can heartily recommend this villa to anyone who loves peace and luxury!
This weekend wonderfully refueled in this great house. The house is warmly decorated and gives you a real "home" feeling. It is spacious enough to stay with a large group and cozy enough not to feel too big. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the weekend and are easy to reach. The house was very clean on arrival and is also fully equipped. Highly recommended!
A week ago we had a wonderful long weekend with 8 friends in this beautiful house in Holten. It is an attractive house with many facilities. The outdoor area with the wood burner, hot tub and view is amazing. The house is also very clean. Also the owners were very helpful and nice.
