Cosy holiday home on the dunes
Description
Attention, reservations during July & August for a minimum of 1 week Welcome to "Westenwind", a cosy holiday home located along the dunes, at walking distance from the sea dyke. The dune house is suitable for a maximum of 5 people and a small pet. On the ground floor you will find the living room with TV, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom with 2 single beds (or 1 double bed). On the mezzanine there is a spacious double box spring, TV and a single bed. This house, overlooking the dunes, is equipped with every comfort: spacious and sunny terrace with garden furniture and fully enclosed garden, barbecue, veranda, electric heating airco/heating unit, digital television, WiFi,... There is a private parking next to the house, free parking for an extra car right in front of the house and the possibility to store bicycles. Near the cottage you will find a mountain bike trail, a bird sanctuary, Domain Raversijde, Provincial Domain "Atlantikwall" Raversyde,... A little further down the street is the cosy café "Dunnepanne" with a large sun terrace and 250m away is the "Sea Shopping Center" with several shops (Brico, Colruyt, Action, Lidl, Aldi,...) and a tearoom. For major movements, you can of course take the coastal tram at the stop "Raversijde Domain Raversijde" at a 10-minute walk in the dunes from the cottage. You can be at the Casino in Middelkerke in 4 minutes and in the centre of Ostend in 21 minutes. We waardeerden de schone en opgeruimde omgeving van het appartement. Het was een beetje klein voor onze groep, maar we hebben het prima gered. De buitenruimte was heerlijk om overdag van de zon te genieten.
Het vakantiehuis was charmant en had een mooie tuin waar onze kinderen konden spelen, We waardeerden de ruime binnenruimte, vooral de vide waar de kinderen sliepen, De nabijgelegen cafés, vooral Dunnepanne, waren een leuk detail voor uit eten, Al met al een aangename ervaring
Geweldige locatie nabij Mariakerke Beach! Het huis was goed uitgerust en had alles wat we nodig hadden voor een comfortabel verblijf, inclusief een mooie keuken en een barbecue, We hebben genoten van onze avonden op het terras, terwijl we de zonsondergang keken, Een echte parel voor wie wil ontspannen aan zee

The house was exactly as described—cozy and comfortable, We particularly appreciated the enclosed garden for our pet, The WiFi was reliable, which was great since we had to catch up on some work, It’s a practical choice if you want a laid-back stay near the beach
Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour au 'Westenwind', Le jardin clos était parfait pour notre chien, et les enfants adoraient jouer dehors pendant que nous nous détendions, La cuisine était bien approvisionnée, ce qui facilitait la préparation des repas, Malgré le fait d'être sur une rue animée, les chambres étaient calmes et paisibles, C’est une excellente base pour explorer des attractions locales comme le Domaine Provincial et le sanctuaire aux oiseaux à proximité
