In 2021, we completely modernised this cosy 2-room apartment on the 2nd floor. Well-equipped attic apartment with the latest technology such as rain sensor-controlled skylights, digital access system, flat-screen SMART TV, free WiFi and air purifier. The spacious living-dining room has a comfortable, fold-out sofa bed for two adults and a flat-screen SMART TV. A cosy children's corner is a great place for our little guests to play and relax. The cosy corner seat with large dining table and pull-out cupboards all under a sloping roof complete the harmonious ambience. The fully covered, west-facing balcony, which is accessible from the living-dining area, offers a stunning and unobstructed view of the meadows on the southern outskirts and the Werdenfelser and Tyrolean mountains. The separate bedroom with double bed and another flat-screen smart TV is the ideal retreat with a feel-good atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the first rays of sunshine on the south-facing balcony. We also help with planning trips to regional attractions or cultural events. In the house itself there is the possibility of attending singing bowl events with Christiane, such as singing bowl meditation or singing bowl workshops. Furthermore, singing bowls can be tested individually. Our goal is to make your stay so enjoyable that you'll simply have to come back.
