This holiday flat is located in a terraced house in Naverne with a fantastic view of Lake Garda. With a living space of approx. 120 m², this accommodation offers enough space for a maximum of six people. The living room has a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, filter and capsule coffee machine and a dining table with seating, leaving nothing to be desired. Two of the three bedrooms each have a double bed (1.80 metres wide), while the third bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 metres wide). The bedrooms are air-conditioned. The two modern bathrooms are each equipped with a large shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. Heating and free WiFi are available in all rooms, air conditioning is only partially available. Outside, you will find a spacious balcony facing the lake and a garden for exclusive use with a view of Monte Baldo. Cars can be parked free of charge in two private outdoor car parks.
