You will find this sustainable modern holiday home in a unique location, close to the forest, the dunes, and the beach of Paal 17. From the high windows in the living room and in the master bedroom you have a great view over the farmlands and the Texel landscape.
Various cycle junction routes start from the front door, making them ideal for cycling enthusiasts. The Dunes of Texel National Park is also within walking distance from the house. After a long walk or bike ride you can relax in the recently landscaped wellness garden. In the Barrel sauna with a panoramic window overlooking the Texel sheep and lambs.
From the spacious entrance, you enter the living room through a cozy sliding door. Next, you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with modern appliances to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On the first floor, there are 2 spacious bedrooms with lovely large beds and a modern bathroom with a spacious walk-in rain shower and a lovely bath.

Super nice house, I think I will rent a larger one soon
Had a wonderful stay at the Wulpenweid. The information provided in advance by Belvilla was incorrect, which is disappointing because we had explicitly asked for it. You share the jacuzzi and sauna with other guests and you can block 2 hours per day. This is different from what was communicated to us that the wellness was private for us. the cottage was wonderful. Good facilities and nice and spacious. the shower leaked very badly but that was quickly fixed by the owner.
