On the whole, it's a decent place, However, there are a few areas that require attention: the wallpaper is quite literally peeling off the walls, the building's entrance is undergoing construction and appears almost hazardous to navigate through, a chair is placed awkwardly in the corner of the room against the bed, obstructing free movement around the bed, and there's a heavy damp smell in the room which necessitates sleeping with the window open, despite being on the ground floor, So, generally a good score, but these minor issues taint the fact that the stay could have been flawless,
