Set in Son Serra de Marina, Majorca North, this lovely holiday house is perfect for 2-4 people seeking for relax and mediterranean lifestyle. Featuring a living-dining area with TV and a fully fitted kitchen with gas cooker, this 2 storey house has two shower baths, a cot/high chair and 2 bedrooms, two of them with a double bed and one single room. Besides, a room with a single bed. Son Serra de Marina is a quiet place with a natural beach and rocky bays for snorkelling, some restaurants and a small grocery shop. The next town, Can Picafort, has more services like supermarkets, restaurants and shops. A car is recommendable and you may park for free on the street or park 1 car in the garage of the house. We supply you with 1 beach towel per person. Points of interest: - Cala Ca Na Clara en Betlem - Cap Formentor - Alcúdia market, Sunday and Thuesday - Hidropark in Alcúdia - Pollença old town - Hiking in Llevant park To consider: Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require this documents by email. There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa will be paid on site to the owner.

Ons verblijf was zeer aangenaam, Het huis had een zeer gastvrije sfeer, en we voelden ons meteen thuis, De locatie bood een mooie balans tussen rust en toegankelijkheid tot lokale attracties
Wat een verborgen parel! Dit huis biedt een echte mediterrane sfeer, We genoten van koken in de volledig uitgeruste keuken en ontspannen op het terras, De strandlakens die werden geleverd waren een mooi detail!
Laag-key had de beste tijd hier, Het huis is ruim en perfect voor chill hangouts, Het strand in de buurt is geweldig voor wat snorkelen, 10/10 zou aanbevelen!
