Description
At 2 minutes walking distance to the sandy beach in Can Picafort, this modern house offers a second home for 6 persons. Can Picafort, in the north of Mallorca, is an ideal place for family holidays. In the village there are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The beaches in the north, among them Playa de Muro, Capellans and Puerto de Alcudia are all fine sandy. The little ones of the family enjoy the playgrounds and the water park Hidropark in Puerto de Alcudia. The villa is centrally located, 130 metres from the beach and close to all amenities.
The large terrace gives access to the living-dining room with open plan kitchen, equipped with induction hob, dishwasher and much more. The master bedroom comes with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a washing machine, iron/ironing board, Wifi and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms complete the equipment. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Please note: In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night per person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night per person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory. Important: As required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.

Comfortabel verblijf met een goed uitgeruste keuken, dichtbij restaurants en attracties zoals Hidropark
De villa is erg mooi en centraal gelegen. Het was perfect voor ons gezin van zes. De woon-eetkamer was ruim en we waardeerden het gemak van meerdere slaapkamers en badkamers. De wifi was betrouwbaar, wat geweldig was om de kinderen te vermaken. Hoewel het strand dichtbij is, hebben we ook een aantal lokale attracties bezocht, zoals Hidropark, wat erg in de smaak viel bij de kinderen. Al met al een handig en comfortabel verblijf!
Wij reisden met kinderen en vonden dit huis ruim en gezinsvriendelijk. De gastheer was gastvrij en reageerde snel, wat onze ervaring nog beter maakte. Er zijn veel attracties in de buurt om iedereen te vermaken!

The location is unbeatable—just a short, 2-minute walk to the sandy beach, The house itself is spacious and beautifully furnished, making it feel like a true home away from home, The kids loved the nearby playgrounds and we enjoyed easy access to local restaurants and shops, The open-plan kitchen was well-equipped, and having air conditioning was a huge plus during the hot days, Highly recommend for families!

Dieser Ort ist eine ganze Stimmung! Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, was ein großer Pluspunkt ist, Super geräumig für eine Gruppe von 6, Die Küche ist echt gut ausgestattet, sodass das Kochen eines Festmahls einfach ist, 💯
