This fully equipped tourist apartment in Cala Mesquida, eastern Mallorca, offers the perfect base for a beach holiday with access to a communal pool. Ideal for up to 4 guests, the apartment is just a short walk from the beautiful sandy cove of Cala Mesquida, where you can enjoy sunbeds, umbrellas, and a beach bar during the season. In winter, the area is perfect for hiking, with nearby excursions in the Llevant mountains. Additional dream beaches, including Cala Torta and Cala Agulla, are easily accessible by car. Cala Ratjada, just 10 minutes away, offers a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure activities. A car is recommended.
The generous 60 m2 communal pool is the ideal spot to cool off and enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. With chlorinated water and a depth of 1 to 3.5 meters, it is suitable for both adults and children. The sunbeds around the pool provide a perfect space for relaxation after exploring the island.
Inside, the apartment features a bright living-dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, ensuring comfort and entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen offers ceramic hobs, a coffee maker, and a filter coffee machine. Two double bedrooms, air conditioning, and a private terrace with stunning views of the Mediterranean complete the experience. Additional amenities include a washing machine, iron, and a cot/high chair on request. Please note that Ecotasa and ID registration are required.

Stunning sea views from the terrace, Perfect location for beach lovers
Het pand was prachtig onderhouden, en de uitzichten waren adembenemend, We hadden een paar kleine problemen, maar de gastheer was snel om ons te helpen, We voelden ons zeer welkom!
We had a wonderful stay at this splendid apartment in Cala Mesquida! The highlight for us was definitely the breathtaking sea view from our private terrace, Waking up to that every morning was simply magical, The communal pool was spacious and perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach, which was just a short walk away, We appreciated the comfortable living space and the fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals, The area is also great for hiking during the off-season – we explored some nearby trails in the Llevant mountains, Overall, a fantastic place to relax and rejuvenate!
Overall, a great experience, The apartment was spacious enough for our family of four, and the location was convenient for both beach days and hiking in the Llevant mountains
This apartment is low-key the best spot for a beach getaway, The sea view is a whole vibe, and the communal pool is perfect for chillin' after a long day at Cala Mesquida, Super cozy inside, like I could totally live here, Plus, the kitchen had everything for those late-night snack cravings, Highly recommend for a squad trip!
