This spacious, comfortably furnished apartment is located about 100 m. from the fabulous dune area in Sint Maartenszee. In 10 minutes walk you can reach the beautiful beach. The apartment is on the 1st floor. A comfortable wooden staircase leads to the very fully equipped apartment. A south-facing balcony invites you to enjoy a good glass of wine in the evening sun. Apartment 77, on the Zeeweg in Sint Maartenszee, is well maintained and well equipped. Entrance The apartment is on the first floor and is accessible via a wooden staircase. Living room The living room has a corner sofa and an armchair. There is a Smart TV with Dutch and German channels.
There is WiFi in the accommodation. Kitchen There is a well-equipped, open gray kitchen with a refrigerator (with freezer), dishwasher, combi oven, toaster, induction hob and extractor hood. Bathroom A spacious bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 2 bedrooms Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 140 x 200 cm. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds of 90 x 200 cm.
Extra facilities The entire 80 m2 apartment is equipped with central heating and laminate flooring. Next to the entrance is a large storage room with enough space to store bicycles and beach equipment, for example. Outside From the living room you can access the spacious south-facing terrace (12 m2) with garden chairs and a garden table. Please note! Bed linen is not included in your booking as standard. You can bring your own or rent it from us. You can add bed linen when booking.

Over het algemeen voldeed dit appartement aan onze behoeften. Het is gunstig gelegen vlakbij het strand en de leefruimte was voldoende voor ons gezin. De WiFi werkte goed, wat voor ons een pluspunt was. Wij waardeerden de centrale verwarming tijdens de koelere nachten. Let op: vergeet niet uw eigen beddengoed mee te nemen, want dat is niet bij de prijs inbegrepen. We hebben een goede ervaring gehad, maar het was niet overdreven luxe.
Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig, de keuken had alle apparatuur die we maar konden wensen en de bedden waren comfortabel. We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad met het verkennen van de nabijgelegen stranden!
Ruim, schoon en goed uitgerust, keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om te koken, gezellige sfeer, goede wifi en op slechts een korte loopafstand van het strand, zeker een plek om te boeken voor een weekendje weg

Dieser Ort ist ein Juwel! Geräumige Schlafzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche machten unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm, Wir schätzten auch den einfachen Zugang zu Zwanenwater für einige schöne Wanderungen
Comfortabel verblijf met volledig uitgeruste keuken en gezellige woonkamer. Het dichtstbijzijnde restaurant, O3 Vis & Friet Smz, was een geweldige ontdekking.
