Holiday home with water views over the Baltic Sea at the entrance to Nysted and approx. 250 meters to the coast and the sandy beach with jetty. There are two bathrooms, one of which has a whirlpool and access to the sauna. There are all the modern kitchen utensils that are needed in a modern kitchen. Modern furnishings. Open terrace where you can sunbathe and a covered terrace where you can enjoy the long evenings with barbecue. There is a wood burning stove and air / air heat pump in addition there is free internet connection with up to 20 MB speed and of course unlimited download. There are stairwells on the loft as well as a cot and high chair. On the plot, do not keep vans or caravans or other tall cars that can take the view from the neighbors to the water view, but there are many parking spaces close to the house. There are connectors for charging an electric car. In the city there are several restaurants, one of which is located approx. 300 m from the beach and the house. The city also has many good shopping opportunities. Worth a visit is Knuthenborg Park & amp; Safari, which is located approx. 1/2 hour drive from the house, as well as Maribo Golf Course. Also visit Fuglsang Art Museum located between Nykøbing Falster and Nysted.

Nice place and pleasant beach and town.
On arrival, the house was clean .... rarely taken a completely clean house ... Dishes ... O
