For convenience, the bathroom is well-appointed with underfloor heating, a toilet, a sink, a shower cubicle, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. The house is efficiently heated using electric heating supplemented by an energy-saving air-to-air heat pump. Outside, the property is set on a landscaped 893 m² garden and is virtually surrounded by water, giving access to good sandy beaches. Outdoor living is celebrated here, with a terrace and a covered terrace where guests can sit and soak in the uninterrupted sea view. A garden grill is available for enjoying meals outside at this beautiful seaside location. The house is situated conveniently, with both a restaurant and a grocery store just 2.0 km away. Please note that parking is limited to a maximum of 2 cars at the house to maintain the beautiful views, and the property is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
