Modern and well-appointed holiday home with outdoor wilderness bath for 6-8 people, outdoor shower, indoor sauna for 4-5 people and various activities in a prime location not far from restaurants, shops, bakeries and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches in Marielyst.The focal point of the house is the modern, bright kitchen/family room with dining and living area, where there is room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, two separate ovens with grill, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, and much more. The living room is brightly decorated with free wireless internet, Smart TV, a cozy sofa/small sitting alcove for reading or just sitting and relaxing in connection with the kitchen/family room. Chromecast, where you must bring your own computer/phone or iPad to stream channels. In addition, there is a radio and three extra TVs in the house, so there are plenty of opportunities for fun and entertainment for both young and old.There is an air-to-air heat pump and a multi-table with air hockey and PlayStation (bring your own games), outdoor darts, and lots of board games. The cabin is extremely well-appointed and has several bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Two rooms have double beds, and the third room has two single beds that can be pulled out to make room for four people side by side. In addition, there is a large loft with access via a regular staircase. There is a cot and high chair for the little ones. Washing machine and dryer in a large and spacious utility room with many cupboards and space for clothes, etc.Outside on the fantastic large grounds, there is, among other things, an in-ground trampoline (use at your own risk/insurance). In the large outdoor wilderness bath for 6-8 people, you can sit and look out at nature or the stars in the evening. From the beautiful and bright living room, you can step out onto the 90 m² wooden terrace, where you can sunbathe, barbecue, and relax. There is also a covered terrace of approx. 12 m², where you can enjoy the late summer evenings with a glass of rosé wine or similar. Firewood must be brought along to heat the hot tub. It is not available in the house. Now you also have the opportunity to charge your electric car while on vacation. The charger is located in the driveway, and further instructions for use can be found in the house.Free access to Svømmecenter Falster and Nordfalster Svømmecenter. Not available for rental to youth groups. There is a pool table in the house.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
