Our lovingly furnished, 56 m² apartment on the ground floor of the newly built "Windrose 3" beach complex is just 80 meters from the Baltic Sea beach. It is barrier-free, dog-friendly, and ideal for family and wellness holidays any time of year. The southeast-facing terrace with wooden furniture, a sun lounger, and a parasol invites you to relax.
The apartment features underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and a programmable sauna. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything aspiring chefs need. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, have hypoallergenic mattresses, blackout blinds, spacious wardrobes, and a safe.
The luxurious bathroom offers a sauna, a spa shower, a washing machine, a hairdryer, and plenty of storage space. For children, a high chair, children's tableware, childproof electrical outlets, sand toys, and a beach umbrella are provided. In case of rain, there are games, books, CDs, DVDs, pens, and a TV with DVD/Blu-ray player.
Costs & Notes: €100 security deposit, electricity/water/heating included. Bed linen, towels, and firewood are available for an additional charge. A tourist tax applies. One pet is allowed for an extra charge. Free parking and an elevator are available. Bicycle storage is available for €5 per night, subject to availability.
