Sunshine 17||Großenbrode
"Sunshine 17". Our bright holiday apartment is located in the Großenbrode beach park, in the Sonnenschein building on the ground floor. It features a sauna, underfloor heating, and a wood-burning stove and is worth a visit any time of year.
Information on additional costs and fees:
A €100 security deposit is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
Free parking is available.
An elevator is available in the building.
Enjoy breakfast on the terrace, sunbathe on the beach, and end the day relaxing in the sauna – pure relaxation!
After a pleasant bike tour on the Baltic Sea Cycle Route, you can safely store your bicycles (your own or rented) in our storage room in the bicycle house.
Furthermore, we'll enhance your beach experience with a windbreak, beach chairs, and a selection of beach toys. The living room features a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and a children's film collection.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. The terrace faces southwest.
