Thatched house by the pond
Our exceptional, lovingly restored thatched-roof holiday home is situated in a tranquil setting in a small Baltic Sea village, nestled beside an idyllic, reed-fringed pond, surrounded by fields and meadows.
Far from the tourist crowds, you can unwind on the beach or in the large meadow surrounding the house. The 1200m² property is fully fenced.
The apartment is approximately 80m² and comfortably furnished, partly with antique pieces. New and old have been harmoniously combined. The kitchen and bathroom were completely renovated in 2007. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, including a dishwasher.
The bathroom features a bathtub and shower. One bedroom has a double bed with a view of the apple and pear trees or the color satellite TV and DVD player. The second bedroom has a bunk bed.
The living/dining room comfortably seats four people and also includes a TV. All rooms are connected on the ground floor.
Our holiday home is non-smoking, but you'll find a cozy smoking area in the conservatory during the colder months.
Children and dogs can play safely and undisturbed on the fenced lawn surrounding the house.
Seating, a barbecue, and a beach chair are available for your use.
The white, fine sandy beach is about 9 km away, and the island of Usedom is approximately 5 km away. Both are easily accessible by car or bicycle.
