Description
Lerchenstrasse Ulm
The "Untere Bleiche" is an unusual residential area with several brick houses built in 1893. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful – about a 15-minute walk to the city center/cathedral.
The holiday home has two floors. On the ground floor, there is a living/dining room, a bedroom (with three single beds), a spacious, fully equipped fitted kitchen, and a new toilet. A wooden staircase – the original from 1893 – leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms (one with three single beds, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed), a bathroom, and another new, separate toilet.
The stairwell and upper rooms are paneled with wood. The living room has parquet flooring, while the rest of the house is carpeted. This is a non-smoking house.
There is a covered seating area in the courtyard.
