Our spacious accommodation comprises two cosy, fully equipped flats on the two lower floors of a detached house. It offers the perfect setting for unforgettable family holidays, group trips or stays for fitters who value comfort and privacy. If required, individual rooms or just one of the two flats can be booked, making us a flexible option for any size of holiday. In each of the approx. 60 m² flats, guests will find two bedrooms, each with three single beds. A bathroom with shower and urinal as well as a separate WC ensure that even larger groups can be easily accommodated. The kitchens are fully equipped with everything your heart desires, from a cooker and fridge to a dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and a kettle. A spacious dining area with a large table and seating for six offers plenty of room for communal meals. The interior is completed by free Wi-Fi, which provides entertainment as well as a place to work during your stay. The outdoor area of the Bailey holiday home with its semi-enclosed garden invites you to linger and relax. A secluded barbecue area with privacy screen and private seating, additional garden furniture with a large cantilever parasol and permission to bring up to two medium-sized dogs make the outdoor area a highlight for families and animal lovers. Car parking is of course available directly at the house and rounds off the offer. The location of our holiday home in Laupheim is both quiet and central. Everything you need is within walking distance: A supermarket is just 100 m away and the town centre with restaurants, cafés and shops is 400 m away. For nature and leisure enthusiasts, a bathing lake is just 4 km away and is ideal for walks, swimming and relaxing days in the countryside.
