Description
Holiday home with 2 bedrooms
Our holiday home Martina is located in the St. Pierre Park, right next to the beautiful sandy beach of Nieuwvliet-Bad. You'll find top-quality accommodation where you won't want for anything. The spacious living and dining area features a comfortable leather sofa, perfect for relaxing or watching TV, as well as a dining area that seats four and a lovely conservatory/summer garden. From here, you have a wonderful view of the beautiful garden, which is atmospherically lit in the evenings.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with TVs and satellite reception, and an additional guest toilet.
The 225 sq m south-facing property is fully fenced.
The beach is just a short walk away (approx. 300 m). The 100 m wide white sandy beach stretches from Cadzand to Breskens and is one of the most beautiful and sunniest beaches in the Netherlands. In the St. Pierre Park, you can enjoy a large playground for children and plenty of green space with mature trees for leisurely strolls. Many of the houses here are owner-occupied, giving the complex a very individual and well-maintained character. Within easy walking distance of the house, you'll find a bakery, a small souvenir shop, and a hotel with a restaurant and swimming pool.
Nieuwvliet-Bad is located between Cadzand-Bad and Breskens in the beautiful Zeeland region. Shopping opportunities abound in both Breskens (10 minutes away) and Sluis (15 minutes away), a charming town with lovely shops. The center of Knokke in Belgium is just 20 minutes away. Here you'll find not only all the top brands but also some of the best restaurants Belgium has to offer.
Within walking distance of the beach are the beach restaurants "Wuest 17" and "de Boekanier." A large outdoor terrace, a diverse menu, and delicious waffles invite you to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach of Nieuwvliet. A large pizzeria, within walking distance and located at the Nieuwvliet campsite, offers an indoor playground to keep children entertained even in bad weather. Excellent restaurants can also be found in Cadzand-Bad, Retranchement, Ijzendijke, and Sluis (within a 15 km radius).
