Holiday cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna decorated with modern furnishings and equipped with good furniture. In the activity room you can play table football, darts, billiards and table tennis. There are 3 bathrooms. Payment of consumption, cleaning and deposit must be paid in cash to the concierge. No letting to youth groups. The kitchen has large fridge and freezer and a dishwasher. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and the rest of the house, which is heated with geothermal energy. All week you can improve you fitness with daily strokes in the pool combined with pure relaxation in the prefilled whirlpool and sauna located in the pool room, which has high-vaulted ceiling. The crackling fire from the wood-burning stove can be enjoyed indoors. There are two TVs in different departments as well as PlayStation and DVD player. There is a sandpit and swings for children. There are 80 m² terrace and 15 m² covered for barbecues and relaxation.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
