The semi-detached house "Seestern" is a 4-room holiday apartment (approx. 110 m² living space) for 4 to 5 people.

Modern and comfortable furnishings including a fireplace, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer, 3 bathrooms, and a private sauna. 2 parking spaces and a large, sheltered property.

Bright living room with a dining table for 6 people on the ground floor, spacious sofa with two armchairs, coffee table, satellite TV, radio, CD player, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and access to a private terrace with table, chairs, and a beach chair (April-October). Large, sheltered garden.

One bedroom with a double bed (200 x 180 cm), satellite TV, and wardrobe in the attic.

One relaxation/sleeping room in the basement with a sofa bed (150 x 195 cm).

Open-plan kitchen with oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, sink, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary dishes and utensils. Dining table with chairs.

One bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet on the ground floor.
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink on the first floor (the "Seestern" room also has a corner bathtub).
1 bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet in the basement (sauna area).
Amenities & Linens: Initial bed linens and towels are included in the price. The beds will be made upon your arrival.

At least one terry bath towel, one terry hand towel, one bath mat, and one dish towel per person are provided. You can wash these items in the washing machine if needed. We will gladly replace the towels with fresh ones free of charge upon request. We are also happy to deliver fresh bed linens or additional linen packages directly to your home for a small fee.

Upon your arrival, you will find dish soap, sponges/cloths, some dishwasher tablets, and some garbage bags in the kitchen. This, along with the toilet paper, is intended to get you started for the first few days. For the following days, you can purchase all your daily necessities at nearby shops.

Internet and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. You will receive the access details upon arrival.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in this house.
