The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a two-burner electric stove, a sink, and a coffee maker. The large, sunny south-facing terrace with a lawn, garden furniture, and a beach chair is sheltered from the wind and located directly in front of the living room. Parking is available.
