Please note that during New Year's week, the property can only be booked by the week at a fixed price, with flexible arrival and departure days.

A security deposit of €150 is due in advance and must be paid with the rental fee. The security deposit will be refunded after departure.
Electricity, water, and heating are included.
Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.
The tourist tax is payable before arrival.
One pet can be booked for an additional fee. For booking additional pets, please contact your agency.
One parking space is available free of charge in the underground garage with a clearance height of 2.0 meters.

If your vehicle does not fit in the underground garage (due to height restrictions), you can book an outdoor parking space for an additional fee. These parking spaces can also be rented for a second car.

The spacious living/dining area with a fireplace, the open-plan kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, the guest WC with shower, two bedrooms with TVs, and two bathrooms, one with a sauna and separate shower, invite you to a pure wellness experience – these are the attributes for the perfect relaxing holiday in this accommodation.

For guests with physical disabilities, grab bars have been installed in the shower and for the toilet in the guest WC. A shower stool is also available.

In the wonderful sauna, you can escape the cares of everyday life. Our wellness shower is also a real highlight.

After an eventful day of vacation, enjoy the evening hours on the spacious balcony or, weather permitting, cozy up inside by the crackling fireplace.
