At the heart of the house is the spacious living room with a kitchen and an additional sleeping area. A large sliding glass door leads from this room to the southeast-facing terrace, offering direct views of the sea and the idyllic landscape of almond, olive, and lemon groves. To the left and right of the living room are bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. An elegant external staircase leads to the roof terrace, perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets with an aperitif or soaking up the first rays of spring sunshine.
