This spacious villa with private garden (approx. 1200 mt), pool overlooking the lake, is family-friendly and equipped with Wi-Fi.
The villa welcomes guests with the bright living room with a sofa bed, a table with chairs, flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, juicer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The living room looks directly onto the terrace with a table and chairs - ideal for breakfast and dinner in the fresh air!
On the ground floor, cooled by air conditioning, there is the master bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, and the second bedroom equipped with two bunk beds for up to 4 people.
There is also the bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet.
In summer, a barbecue awaits you in the quiet and private garden!
The pool, with salt water, is open from May 1st to September 30th.
A baby cot and a high chair can be provided on request for a small additional charge.
Pets are allowed on request.

Great location, close to Gardaland and other attractions, The pool was a nice bonus, although we wished it was heated, The hosts were helpful and friendly, A solid choice for families!

Deze villa overtrof onze verwachtingen. De ligging is ideaal voor het bezoeken van plekken als het Scaligero-kasteel in Sirmione en Movieland Studios. De gastheren waren erg behulpzaam. Een geweldige plek voor gezinnen!
